The cost of the book is $10.00, plus shipping and handling. Because the mailing cost to the USA is higher, there are two rates for shipping and handling.
The rate for shipping and handling to a Canadian address is $5.96, for a total cost of $ 15.96.
The rate for shipping and handling to a American address is $7.92, for a total cost of $17.92.
